Welcome to my Web site, my name is Kim Steinmuller Joy. I am a stained glass
artist, PMC artist, kumihimo weaver and bead weaver. I have many pieces of
stained glass and beaded jewelry for sale, please check out those pages of my
site, new pieces will be added as they come available.
My work can also be seen at the Workhouse Arts Center Building 7 at the Old
Lorton Prison in Lorton, Artful Gift Shop Vienna, Kawamura Arts & Crafts
Center at Ft. Belvoir and at various local arts and crafts fairs throughout the
area. I have been teaching stained glasses classes since 1982 and jewelry
classes since 2003. I teach stained glass and numerous jewelry classes at Ft.
Belvoir, for Arlington Adult Education, Fairfax Adult Education, Workhouse Arts
Center in Lorton, and Star's Beads in Vienna, VA. I also teach private classes to
non-military at my home or at yours.
Kim S. Joy Stained Glass and Jewelry has been in business since 1982, though
the name has changed and jewelry has been added. I am a member of the
National Capital Art Glass Guild and PMC Guild. The studios are located at my
home in Springfield, VA and at the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton Bdlg 7
Studio 710.
