Favorite Studio Snacks and Drinks

First off, use caution while eating and drinking in your stained glass studio.

Transferring lead from working with stained glass can be transferred via your hands. Say you are soldering a panel together and grabbing a pb and j sandwich at the same time- NO! Stop, wash your hands then eat the sandwich.

You are thirsty while working on cutting some glass and grab that glass of water- NO! Stop, never have open glasses in the studio- small glass chips can end up there. Your throat will thank you if you drink out a closed container, like a reuseable sports drink holder.

Now to the best part, my favorites!

Breakfast: I bring my homemade vegan yogurt with granola for breakfast while I am planning my work the day. Another breakfast choice is Overnight Oatmeal with Blueberries.

Snacks: banana- comes in its own container, oatmeal cookies, tortilla with vegan cream cheese.

Lunch: salad of mixed greens, mushrooms, homegrown tomatoes when in season, chunks of cooked the night before jackfruit, vegan feta cheese, sunflower kernels, craisins and vegan poppyseed dressing of vegan ranch dressing. Roasted Veggie Salad, Chickpea Salad are other favorites.

Drinks: water with electrolytes added, Green Tea and sometimes alcohol-free beer

What are your favorite snacks and drinks while working in your studio?
