OK it is freezing out, finally up to 28 degrees out, it was 11 this morning so it has warmed up some. Today was drop off for Del Ray Artisans Paws 'N Claws Show at Alexandria Animal Welfare League. The Opening Reception is Friday February 27 at 7 pm. Come on down and maybe pick up some artwork and a new family member! I did in August!
I had Gallery Duty at Del Ray Artisans from 12-6 pm today but being President has its benefits.... like being able to make the executive decision to close the gallery! Hated to close but for safety sake it was the best thing to do. The sidewalks had not been shoveled and I had to drag my wheelie cart through 4" of snow, not a pretty picture.And it was still snowing when I left! It took an hour and forty five minutes to get home from Del Ray. But I am home and in front of the fireplace kicking back with the boys.
Later after dinner and a movie I will head out to the studio to cut some glass for my pieces for the Dream On Show at Del Ray Artisans, only have seven days to produce, produce, produce! Need to get cracking.
