Jewelry Display- what to do when it does not fit in a jewelry box!

So you all know I make jewelry, right? Of course you so!

Over the years I have made a lot and but my nature I keep a lot! Instead of hiding it all away in jewelry boxes I have it displayed, somewhat, in my bedroom. I thought I would share some photos with you do you could see what I have and different ways to display it.

First is the Earring Frame. It is an antique frame with window screening stapled in it and the earrings hung in the screening. Very easy to make and I use it for display in my studio, shows and fairs all the time.

Next is the Necklace and Bracelet Display. The first one was a very small version of this rack. I believe they are really for mugs and first one had like 12 pegs. When I saw this one at the Thrift Shop I knew I had to have it. At first it was not full but as time has passed, well you know the story, build it and they will come!

Don't worry there are more.... in two jewelry boxes and a drawer in my dresser. Some pieces are in boxes to protect them form what I do not know. After looking at all this, this morning I realized I have enough jewelry to not where the same piece again for at least a year if not longer.

Maybe it is time to have a release party? And release them out into the world. What do you think?

I would love to hear how you display your jewelry, send me a quick email with a photo if you would like to share.

Have a fantastic Friday and a wonderful weekend!
