Blogging with glass

November 2

So what are some things that have happened in the past on November 2? The list was unusually long so I only picked four tidbits:
  • 1698 Scottish settlers make landfall in Panama, establishing the ill-fated 'Darien Venture' colony.
  • 1854 Cobblestone paving of Washington St between Dupont & Kearny starts
  • 1879 In a 6-day footrace a Mr Weston loses to a horse, 900 to 885 km
  • 1898 Cheerleading is started at the University of Minnesota with Johnny Campbell leading the crowd in cheering on the football team.
In my studio today there are 3 dogs and one cat. I am doggie sitting Nala, a 4 year old Pit that is sweet as can be but scares everyone because her Humans are at the hospital having a baby. Gordon does not like her so we have to keep them separated. The first hour was hairy and now everyone is napping from the festivities! Wesley wants to pick a fight with her! Oh the chaos!

I am using this time to update my website as doing any production work is not really possible. As always I realize it has been two weeks since I posted on my blog. Ugh! I so want to change that to at least weekly, more would be better but weekly would be an awesome start.

How do other bloggers keep on schedule? I have real stuff to write about but just do not commit it to a schedule. Anybody have any suggestions on how to change that aspect of my life?

What are you doing today? Please leave a comment below and have a wonderful day.
